Operator
CreatorQuote is provided as-is under the CreatorQuote brand. It does not operate as a company, agency or corporate legal entity, and no such entity is implied. All prices, quotes and estimates are informational.
The core tool is free & in-browser
The calculator, deal score, offer analysis and negotiation generator are free to use. All logic runs in your browser and no account is required. Estimates are provided for guidance only and do not constitute professional, legal or financial advice.
Estimates are not guarantees
Quote estimates are based on common UGC pricing patterns and are not an official or guaranteed industry rate. Real rates vary widely by niche, audience and platform. You are solely responsible for the prices you propose and agree with brands.
Creator Deal Kit
If and when the Creator Deal Kit is available for purchase, it is a digital download. Once delivered, it is non-refundable except where required by law. After purchase, you may use the templates and resources for your own business but may not resell or redistribute them as a competing product.
Acceptable use
Use the tool lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the app, scrape it abusively, or use it to misrepresent your services.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the tool. Because the tool stores no data about you, there is nothing for us to lose or mishandle on our side.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
